Friday 19 Jun 2009 (Hejri 29/3/1388) was the Feast of the Sacred Heart of Jesus Christ. To celebrate the solemnity of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, Archbishop Thomas with the choir and Sacred Heart groups went to the village of Khosrow-abad of Salmas County.

Archbishop Thomas celebrated the Mass in the church of Sacred Heart which is located in the village of Khosrow-abad with the attendance of locals and followers from the village of Path Ver.

Archbishop in his homily talked about the humble heart of Christ full of love and said  ”All of us must be like Christ humble with love. The only wealth that can take us to the heavenly kingdom to our father is love.

No one can enter the heavenly kingdom with money, all of our acts and kindness must be with love, other wise they are not worth it.

As Paul apostle in his first letter to Corinthians in the description of love says ‘If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but have not love, I am nothing.’ ”

After the Mass, the followers went to the hall for launch prepared by locals.
